1.procrastinate:
(v.)To keep delaying something that must be done, often because it is unpleasant or boring.
2.propagate:
(v.)To produce a new plant from a parent plant.
(v.)To spread opinions, lies, or beliefs among a lot of people.
3.dormant:
(adj.)Something that is dormant is not active or growing but has the ability to be active at a later time.

-Summary
Although I've heard this TED talk for many times, I still think that we should do things right away, not just ignore them, because the more procrastination, the more things you have to do in a bad way.
